15–30 days before departure: 25% of the total package cost.
7–14 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost.
Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of the total package cost.
International Tour Packages
More than 45 days before departure: 15% of the total package cost.
30–45 days before departure: 30% of the total package cost.
15–29 days before departure: 60% of the total package cost.
Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the total package cost.
Certain packages may have separate cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following charges are generally non-refundable:
Visa fees
Travel insurance premiums
Flight tickets marked as non-refundable by airlines
Hotel bookings with non-refundable rates
Processing and service charges
Government taxes and fees

Where possible, customers will be offered:
An alternative travel arrangement,
A travel credit for future bookings, or
A refund of recoverable amounts received by Eastwick Journeys.
Eastwick Journeys shall not be liable for indirect expenses incurred by customers, including airfare booked separately, visa expenses, insurance costs, or other personal travel arrangements.
8. No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive at the designated departure point, hotel, airport, or tour location without prior notice will be considered a “No Show.”
No refunds will be provided for no-show cases.
9. Force Majeure
Eastwick Journeys shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, interruptions, or modifications caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Floods
Earthquakes
Pandemics
Government restrictions
Civil unrest
Strikes
Transportation disruptions
Refunds in such situations will be subject to recoveries received from suppliers and partners.
